We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with your purchase, if you would like to return it for a refund or exchange please click the link below and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you have an account with us that was active at the time of the order and are a subscriber to our email marketing, returns are completely FREE.

Customers who did not have a TOWER London account at time of placing the order and an active subscription to our email marketing will be charged £3 for per return label used and this will be deducted from your refund.Accounts must have the same email address as used when the order was placed.

Exchanges, Faulty returns and shipping errors are  Free of charge.

Please fill in your invoice paperwork that you received on purchasing indicating whether you  would like a refund or an exchange and include it in your return. If you would like an exchange please make a note of the size you would like and an exchange will be processed if the requested size is available

 Your item MUST be in its original or suitable packaging ( I.e. boxed and wrapped) and in NEW condition. Items returned that are worn and deemed not to be faulty will be returned to you.

-Please retain and keep safe your return reference/tracking number as this will be needed to trace your return should any issues arise.

Refunds.exchanges will be given within 14 days of receipt of returns,please allow 5-10 working days for funds to credit back to your original payment method, these times can vary dependant on your bank or payment provider and are not in our control.
